Checklist to ACTUALLY crush your goals in 2020!

At the risk of sounding cliche, let's talk about New Years resolutions. The hard truth is that Tuesday being 2019 and Wednesday being 2020 does not magically mean that everything you want will be handed to ya. You can literally start to work on a goal at ANYTIME of the year on ANY day of the week at ANY time. JUST START and most importantly, take it day by day.


The hardest thing I am learning is discipline. Heck I have a hard time remembering to take my daily vitamins! Learning to eat healthy daily, exercise daily, work on myself daily, read daily, etc, is a lot (but I'm working on it 😅).


The most helpful thing I have adapted into my life is a weekly and daily checklist. I am going to share that checklist with you! Just copy and paste it into the notes on your phone and start checking that list off!!
